Heritage Construction was recently awarded a $23.8M Construction Management contract by the City of Hamilton to renovate 50 Main Street East, a 1956 heritage building, updating base building infrastructure and security measures to provide long-term accommodations for the Provincial Offences Administration Office (POA), the Ontario Municipal Board, and the City of Hamilton’s Legal Services & Risk Management Divisions.   Currently vacant, 50 Main Street East provides the City with 112,000 sq ft of space for the aforementioned clients with the remainder of the space being made available to future tenants.  Heritage foresees reaching substantial completion in the third quarter of 2017.
