Project Details

Heritage Construction is thrilled to be selected as the Construction Manager on another exciting project with the University of Toronto – the Jackman Law Building.  We are working with the Project Team which includes: Hariri Pontarini Architects, B+H Architects, RJC and Smith & Andersen, on the renovation and expansion to the Faculty of Law facility at 78 Queen’s Park.

This project is located in an extremely busy downtown location, with tight site restrictions.  It consists of the complete demolition of interiors and envelope of the existing 3 storey law library, partial structural demolition and construction and tie-in of a new 4-storey wing, all in the backyard of an existing heritage house.  It is a challenging and stimulating experience for the entire project team.

The project is designed and constructed to LEED Silver standards.
