Project Details

The project involved constructing a second 386 room hotel tower, a 5,000-seat entertainment facility, a 25,000 sq. ft. ballroom, numerous meeting rooms, a central front desk and lobby bridging over an adjoining roadway, and three levels of underground valet parking. In parallel with the expansion, the existing facility was renovated to include a new expanded buffet, several bars and a new Caesars design gaming floor. The new buffet involved extensive demolition and structural modifications of the existing rotunda along with highly creative architectural finishes. It spanned 20,000 sq. ft. with a capacity for 780 people and valued at $20,000,000.
