Project Details

Providing a range of quality services has always been one of Heritage Construction's strengths in terms of meeting the needs of our clients. Although Heritage had never constructed for Context Developments Inc., our ability to provide value engineering and estimating services led to the awarding of Radio City. This large condominium project is located on a parcel of land once owned by the CBC near Jarvis St. and Carlton. Excavation and shoring operations commenced in October 2002 and demolition of several buildings was completed including the dismantling of a 150-metre high radio tower (ergo the name "Radio City"). The development consists of a 25-storey tower, a 30-storey tower, and 17 townhouses, for a total of 423 units all built over one common parking garage.
