Project Details

Building on past experience gained working with RBC on three previous tenant fit-out projects, Heritage was awarded the fit-out of RBC’s offices located at 330 Front Street West.  Using a design-build approach, the project entails interior fit-out of eight floors measuring approximately 194,000 sq ft.  Heritage's scope of work includes installation of new carpet and finishes throughout, new partitions forming new offices and meeting rooms, new washrooms, extensive use of glazing, support areas, and new systems furniture, providing RBC personnel a high quality working environment to maximize productivity.  Utilizing a collaborative approach to defining and executing the design-build scope, Heritage works with a number of stakeholders including the RBC Program Manager, RBC Workplace Standards, RBC Corporate Real Estate, RBC Critical Properties, and the Design Team lead by Kasian Architecture.
